Taber Innovations Group (TIG) is a Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB).  It focuses on developing advanced technological solutions for firefighters and first responders. Founded in 2015, TIG specializes in accountability hardware, particularly the Over-Watch Locator (OWL), based on its patented Location-Enhanced Accountability of Personnel (LEAP) technology. The OWL system provides real-time telemetry data, helping incident commanders track the state, status, and location of personnel and equipment during emergency responses in various environments, including multi-story structures.

The company is headquartered in Las Vegas, Nevada.  It operates under the leadership of CEO Phil Taber, a retired USAF combat veteran with experience in safety program design. The team includes experts with backgrounds in firefighting, product design, and sales.

Taber Innovations has received investment from Battle Born Venture and Plexsys Interface Products.
